Returns & Refunds Policy

All purchases made through The Garden Smoke Shop are non-returnable and all sales are final. Due to the nature of our consumable hemp-derived products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Because we sell consumable products, we are unable to resell any items that have left our facility. This is standard practice across the industry to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance.

⚠️ Exception: If you receive the wrong item, please submit video proof in the order section the instant you get the delivery. Due to the risk of the product being tampered with we have placed multiple security measures in the box to prevent such issues and those should be apparent in the video the moment you open the box.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Times

Business Hours

Our team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day.

⚠️ Important Delivery Requirements

  • Adult Signature Required: All packages shipped via UPS require an adult signature for delivery (effective November 1, 2025). Please ensure someone 21+ is available to receive your package.
  • Friday Overnight Orders: Orders placed on Fridays with overnight shipping will arrive on Saturday if there is an available shipping option.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Products (Non-Bulk)

Standard items are defined as flower quantities under 28 grams, gummies, prerolls, and concentrates. Multiples of flower 28 grams or less are also considered non-bulk. These can be shipped via either USPS or UPS with flat-rate pricing.

USPS: Priority shipping only at a flat-rate shipping cost.

UPS: Shipping costs determined based on weight and delivery location.

  • No Ground Shipping: We do not offer ground shipping options. This policy limits exposure to heat and excessive handling in shipping.
  • USPS Delays: USPS shipping is frequently delayed and tracking is inconsistently updated. We recommend UPS shipping for more reliable delivery dates and tracking.
  • Shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by UPS and USPS and are not guaranteed:

  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Standart: 1–5 business days (based on delivery location)

While we make every effort to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order with the wrong item:

  1. Contact us the instant you receive the package.
  2. Provide clear photos and videos and a detailed description of the issue in the order history section.
  3. We'll work quickly to resolve the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Garden Smoke Shop is not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received. We recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Carrier Responsibility

Third-Party Carrier Limitations

Please note that UPS USPS Fedex are third-party carriers. Once your package is in their possession, we have no control over shipping times, transit delays, weather disruptions, labor strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.

No Refunds for Carrier Delays

We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements due to delivery delays caused by carriers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical issues
  • Incorrect routing by the carrier
  • Peak-season delays
  • Any other carrier-related interruptions outside of our control

Customer Responsibility

Address Accuracy is Essential

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

We ship orders only to the original address provided at checkout.

Important: If a customer changes the shipping address after the order has shipped β€” including redirecting the package to a UPS Access Point, UPS Store, or alternate address β€” we are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delays that occur as a result.

Our shipping coverage applies only to the original address entered during checkout.

Transit & Delivery Coverage

We are responsible for packages only while they are in transit.

Once a carrier (such as UPS or USPS) marks a package as "Delivered," our liability for loss, theft, or damage ends.

Returned Packages Policy

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, it will be handled according to the circumstances below:

Customer-Provided Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with reshipment.

We ship to the address exactly as entered by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for address errors caused by autofill, customer device settings, or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Once the returned package arrives at our facility, we will contact you to confirm whether you prefer to have the order reshipped or refunded.

If You Choose Reshipment:

You must verify your updated shipping address and pay the new shipping cost before the order is resent.

Carrier or Fulfillment Errors

If a return occurs due to an error on our endβ€”such as an incorrect shipping label or carrier mishandlingβ€”we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.
